Day 1

Today has been a great day!

The bus journey only took a couple of hours. That gave us plenty of time to say, "Are we there yet?"
When we got there, everything was fine until we found out that we had to carry our cases up the stairs.
Then we faced the challenge of making our own bed. Then we had to unpack.... Fun!

We were so hungry after being on the coach for hours so we decided to have lunch. After lunch we went back up to our rooms and finished unpacking. Later on in the afternoon, we were divided into 6 groups. We were shown around the grounds by our group leaders and had a go at some of the activities on the way.

The time flew by and as soon as we knew it, our tea was ready. We were settling down ready for bed when some of the groups had to go out and do night activities. We were excited but nervous at the same time.

Mrs Norton's group went out on a night walk whilst Miss Rawling's group went to do the night line challenge. Everyone is worn out and chilling in the TV room watching Frozen.

Miss Rawling's group had to try and untangle themselves during some fun team building activities.
We all had a great time exploring the grounds and testing our balancing skills on the low rope course.
